Here are the answers to frequently asked questions about our hotel and services.
Check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request. Please contact the front desk for more details.
Basically, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Depending on your accommodation plan as the stay duration may vary.
In that case, the check-in and check-out times specified in the accommodation plan will take precedence.
Customers with tattoos are not allowed to use the bathing facilities (including healing spa and sauna). However, the private bath on B1F can be used regardless of whether you have a tattoo or not. Reservations are required for the private bath, so please make a reservation at the front desk if you wish to use it.
We kindly ask you to refrain from putting towels in the bathtub.
Additionally, wearing swimsuits is also not allowed.
Cancellation fees and penalties are as follows, but if set by each facility, they will generally follow those rules.

No-show without notice: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
Same day: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
The day before: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
●6-9 people
No-show without notice: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
Same day: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
The day before: 50% of the basic accommodation fee
3 days before: 30% of the basic accommodation fee
●10 or more people
No-show without notice: 100% of the basic accommodation fee
Same day: 100% of the basic accommodation fee

7 days before: 50% of the basic accommodation fee

Our hotel can store your luggage before or after check-in, but we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot store fragile items or valuables, so please keep them with you.
We can accept requests to have the rooms close together. Please inform the facility of the (1) name (2) reservation number (3) check-in date of the guest in the second room. *Please note that we may not be able to accommodate this request depending on the reservation situation.

There is a microwave for guests on the shared floor, but there is no refrigerator. Ice packs and cool bags are provided on each floor.
